Learning and talent
management software provider Cornerstone
OnDemand today announced that Jason Corsello,
vice president of corporate development and strategy, will
lead a panel discussion examining talent management technology.
This will tackle challenges and opportunities at the
Tech Europe 2011 conference in Amsterdam with a session on
“Using Technology to Foster an Empowered Workforce.”

Panellists participating in the session include executives representing
clients such as Barclays, International Federation
of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, and Virgin Media, which uses

planning and enterprise

During the HR Tech Europe event, Cornerstone will showcase

its organically developed, comprehensive talent management
software-as-a-service (SaaS) suite, which includes:

  • Cornerstone Performance Cloud, with solutions for goal
    alignment, performance reviews, competency assessments, compensation
    management, development planning, succession planning, talent pooling
    and career management.
  • Cornerstone Learning Cloud, with solutions for e-learning,
    instructor-led training administration, virtual classrooms, learning
    content management, enterprise social networking and compliance
    management.
  • Cornerstone Extended Enterprise Cloud, including training,
    certification and collaboration functionality for enabling and
    engaging extended networks of customers, partners, contractors and
    association members.
  • Cornerstone Recruiting Cloud, designed to include solutions for
    sourcing, recruiting, hiring and onboarding new employees. The
    anticipated general availability of the Recruiting
    Cloud is early 2012.
