Investors Real Estate Trust will announce 4th Quarter fiscal year 2008 Earnings in a Press Release to be issued Monday, June 30, 2008, after the market close.

The Conference Call for 4th Quarter Earnings is scheduled for Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. Central Daylight Time. Conference Call access information is as follows:
