WebTech Wireless Announces Termination of Patent Infringement Action

WebTech Wireless Inc. , a leading provider of vehicle fleet location-based services (LBS) and telematics technology, today announced that it has reached an agreement with Innovative Global Systems LLC (IGS), whereby IGS has agreed to not proceed with its current patent infringement action against WebTech Wireless.

As announced on February 18, 2010, IGS filed a notice of intent and had registered a claim against WebTech Wireless in the Texas Eastern District Court. Under an agreement signed this week, IGS has dismissed without prejudice its complaint against WebTech Wireless and will not be proceeding with the suit.

No settlement payments or future royalties are required under the terms of the agreement.
