WebTech Wireless Announces Termination of Patent Infringement Action
As announced on February 18, 2010, IGS filed a notice of intent and had registered a claim against WebTech Wireless in the Texas Eastern District Court. Under an agreement signed this week, IGS has dismissed without prejudice its complaint against WebTech Wireless and will not be proceeding with the suit.
No settlement payments or future royalties are required under the terms of the agreement.
