Pacific Safety Products Inc. Announces Corporate Update
The Company has received notification from its Canadian banker that its operating line of credit will be reduced to $3.0 million from $5.0 million, partially as a result of the failure of the Company to obtain share holder approval for the sale of PSP to Revision.
The Company also announced a reduction of staff. A total of 18 positions have been either temporarily or permanently reduced.
