EZ Lube Beefs up Leadership Team

-

EZ Lube, a quick-lube retailer in Costa Mesa, California announced the addition of Roger Dunlap as vice president for operations.

Dunlap believes that maintaining morale among employees is as important as maintaining vehicles that drive through the company’s 74 locations each year.

As VP of Operations, he will be tasked to improve store sales, maintain the brand’s positive image and enhance store operations.

Dunlap’s impressive track record as a senior leader makes him a perfect fit for EZ Lube, a company which focuses on providing quick and affordable service and emphasizes quality.

That track record includes the implementation of a competitive corporate structure at Blockbuster Entertainment that achieved greater efficiency; a 10-percent boost in productivity at Movie Gallery Corporation/Hollywood Entertainment Corporation; and attainment of the highest sales increase in four years at Nine West Group/Jones Apparel Group.

EZ Lube’s stores are owned and operated by the company.

It is not franchised, which gives the organization a consistency of price and service that goes unmatched in the quick lube sector.

These strengths, combined with a commitment to customer service and convenience, give the company a decided edge over the competition.
