Spencer Institute’s Online Stress Management Teaches Stress Reduction

-

While a small amount of stress can be both healthy and normal, unchecked and excess stress can lead to disease and dissatisfaction. To help millions of Americans who suffer from the effects of stress, the Spencer Institute offers a 100 percent online Stress Management Coach certification program that teaches both coaching and business skills related to stress management.

The stress management coaching program is designed for life coaches, teachers, and fitness and wellness professionals interested in expanding their knowledge and business skills in a growing field. The online course teaches participants how to help others reduce and respond appropriately to stress while making a living working from home.

It also provides information on developing and launching group training, seminars and workshops as well as combining stress management caching with existing skills.

When people are overstressed, they might feel anxious, get headaches, struggle with performance at work and simply do not enjoy life as much, which is why stress management coaching skills are so critical.” –  John Spencer Ellis  CEO President Spencer Institute

With more kids and teens reporting signs of excess stress, with the massive increases in stress-related workers compensation claims and with the knowledge that stress can contribute to heart disease, high blood pressure and other serious ailments, learning to manage stress is clearly important.

Stress management simply encompasses the education and training that includes breathing techniques and meditation, relaxation, visualization and awareness that provide greater control and contentment. The online Stress Management Coach program is also self-paced.

The Spencer Institute’s Stress Management Coach online certification program is delivered through PowerPoint lectures, a digital manual and an online exam. There are no prerequisites for registration, and the certification is valid for two years.
